Weddings

We are a married couple - both of us are certified photographers with diplomas in photography.  We shoot using Mirrorless DSLR cameras with a variety of lenses - playing with shadows and light to capture a mix of standard and artistic shots.  We work well alone but even better together.  When working as a team one will be dedicated to capturing standard portraits while the second will focus on artistic shooting - giving you the best of both.

When required we can shoot as a team to capture both parties getting ready.

Unlike many of our competitors we do not offer predefined bundles.  We allow you to build your own package from competitively priced modules.  The more you book through us the more you can save.

Our clients receive all the Pictures and Video Clips/Moments we capture.  
​They receive a lifetime license to print, edit, social all the pictures received.

He will receive the lions share of this payment.

We upload all your Pictures and Video Moments to a private secure website.  You can view or download any or all your content anytime before your first anniversary for free - it is a great platform to share your images and video clips with guests.  Prints can be ordered through this secure website.

Guests can order Prints and Digital downloads through the Private Website - if they order any digital download or prints from the service within the first 90 days - we share half the proceeds with the couple - we call this our HoneyMoon Fund.

UPLOAD LINK FOR GUESTS - $50
We can provide an upload link for guests to upload pictures and videos from their phone or computer to the couples private website.  You will get everything we shoot and everything your guests choose to share on your private site.

GET YOUR RAW IMAGES - $100/IMAGES HOSTED FOR A YEAR
RAW images are equivenlt to digital negatives.  They contain 5 times more information about light and shadows than a JPEG picture.  With the right software on a computer you can make more accurate adjustments to your images.  We shoot in RAW/JPEG formats.

NEW PHOTO BOOTH EXPERIENCE (SELF CATERING) - $200+ Prints
We set up a green screen, an art easel with directions printed on canvas, a wireless party printer (can connect to multiple smartphones at a time) and we provide a trunk of fun accessories.

Your guests can take fun pics in front of the green screen and add digital effects or backgrounds in their phone.  Guests may choose to keep, print and/or share to your secure private website.  Clients can offer a little take home keep sake up to 4X6 size.  Or ask guests to print a  copy to add to a canvas or photo album - or both. 

Photo stock/Ink costs are $50 for approximately 100 Prints.  

If you run out of paper/ink the New Photo Booth Experience can continue without prints or choose to adopt an all digital Photo Booth Experience to start with.

PHOTO BOOTH EXPERIENCE (MANAGED EXPERIENCE) - $600+ Prints
We set up a green screen, a very fast photo booth printer, DSLR camera, studio lighting, laptop, and a full trunk of fun accessories.  

A representative with MontageInMotion will take fun pics of guests in front of the green screen.  Montage will manage the creation and printing of images for guests to take home and/or upload versions to the couples secure website or print copies for a canvas or photo album project being built at the event.

PHOTO EDITING A CURATED SERIES - $15/Image
Many of the images you will receive will not require proofing or editing.  Most of our clients will be able to have fun editing their own images right from a phone, tablet or computer.  However, if you need professional editing we can provide a curated series from 1 image to thousands.

Clients receive all images & clips/moments (videos 5-30 second) from the event.  In many cases this will be thousands of images for every 3 hours of shooting.  Draw stills from your video clips/moments for more images.  Make your own clips and GIFs.  We encourage our clients to save money and further proof and edit their own series from a laptop or smartphone.

However, we can prepare a curated series of the best images from the day.  We will prepare and edit 200 images into a new Online Library.  We commit to delivering a curated series within 28 days of your event.  Typically, we can turn these projects around within days or a week.
 

​VIDEOGRAPHY
Dellas has been shooting videography for twenty years.  While working at Apple he was certified to teach Video Editing, Animation and Sound Production.  

We suggest shooting events with multiple cameras and audio tools.  We only get one attempt to record an event like a wedding.  

We use wireless microphones and a portable studio recorder to capture the audio as well as the mics on the video cameras.  

We can be hired to capture video solely or capture video as part of our photography commitment.  However we recommend using multiple cameras to capture the event from different angles with extra audio capturing.   

    One Hour/One Person/One Camera: $125/hr
       Three or More Hours/One Person/One Camera: $118.75/hr
       Eight or More Hours/One Person/One Camera: $112.50/hr

These rates include equipment/shooting time and do not include any post production/editing time.
 

​VIDEOGRAPHY ADD-ON
Been using video cameras for over 15 years - shooting wildlife, cityscapes, and events.

We shoot video using Mirrorless DSLRs - cable of shooting SD, HD & 4K video.  We may use more then one camera to capture special events to providing an audio backup and alternative angles which can be edited together in a video montage with best images and video clips/moments from throughout the day.  

Ceremony Video Montage - $600 (Includes 2 dedicated 4K Camera)
We capture the ceremony with two dedicated 4K cameras.  We use the audio from the ceremony mixed with subtle royalty free music.  We blend the video footage with the best images and video clips/moments from throughout the day into a Video Montage.
Add $100 for additional Video Camera

Ceremony - Live Broadcast - $600 (Includes 1 Camera Angle)
We broadcast your live ceremony over a private, secure & invitation only web event.  This session is also recorded and can be viewed post ceremony.
Add $400 for each additional Camera Angle

Virtual Receiving Line - Live Broadcast - $400
We offer a virtual meetup with break out rooms for virtual guests to offer best wishes remotely.  This session can be recorded.

Banquet & Reception - Live Broadcast - $500
We broadcast elements from the Banquet and Reception over the web.  This session can be recorded.

Audio of Ceremony - $100
We use a audio recording solution to capture the audio of your ceremony.  We will give you your audio in WAV or MP3 Format (revisit your ceremony in audio format).  This audio capture can be used as the sound track for a Montage Video if video of the ceremony was not selected.  Includes a year worth of Audio Hosting.

Best Wishes Clips - $400 (Includes 1 dedicated 4K Camera)   
We offer all attendees an opportunity to share a cute story or best wishes to the couple in a short video clip/moments.  We edit all video clips/moments adding transitions.

Banquet Speeches - $200 (Includes 1 dedicated 4K Camera)
We set up a camera near the podium on a tripod and remotely record all the speeches at the banquet.  We later edit the video clips//moments​ with transitions.

Audio of Banquet Speeches - $100
We use a audio recording solution to capture the audio of your Banquet.  We will give you your audio in WAV or MP3 Format (revisit your banquet in audio format).  Includes a year worth of Audio Hosting.
Additional Audio Format $25

Our lives together Montage - $175 
We digitize images from scans, prints, slides, etc... and produce out a montage of the couple’s shared life to this point.  Alternatively we can produce out a montage from childhood to the wedding day.

We can extract stills from all Video.

Alternative Formats ($100 for each additional format)
Clients may select alternative formats for edited contents: standard NTSN DVD, standard PAL DVD, Blueray, HDDVD, iPhone, iPad, mobile or online versions.  We use light scribe technology to etch all of our Disk Products.
 

AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES
Since we are already onsite we can offer a significant saving on Audio Visual services when bundled with other services.  

Projector Service ($200)
We can offer to bring and setup a projector at the banquet hall.  We can cycle between images taken earlier in the day at the ceremony and photo shoot or images of the couple from their shared life together.  Notes of Specail Thanks or messages from the couple can be integrated into video.  Video can also be exported for a digital keepsake.  Additional charges may apply for the creation of a Montage.

CREATIONS - $45/hr (pre-booked) - $55/hr (post-booked)
We can use the content shot at the event to create a series of products.

We separate our shooting service from our editing service.  Maintaining a transparency in the relative costs of bundled projects.  Our customers may choose to accept delivery of our the images and clips or have them blended into a montage.

Certified from Apple to teach Aperture/iPhoto and Final Cut Pro/iMovie.  Aperture and Final Cut Pro are leading professional products for editing images & clips into digital & printed projects.  Further, professional experience using Adobe’s Creative Suite for design of web, print and eBooks.

Our certifications are complimented with years of publishing and new media consulting experience.

We are very quick and able at transferring briefs into digital projects.  Once we have a brief we can define the scope of a digital production and furnish a quote.

If a customer bundles our editing services with shooting services they save 1/3 on the editing when it they are booked together.

DVD Invitations and Thank you Cards
We can take any of the content in the Edited Project Ideas and produce out a volume of DVDs to be used as an invitation or thank you card.

Printed Book Creation
We can guide template driven book creation or create template free books to be printed using stills from video and stills from our SLR cameras.  Using our template free program we can create flip books - taking sequential images from favourite video clip(s) and placing them on the corners of the book to create an illusion of animation in a printed book when flipped through.

Enriched eBooks
Apple’s free iBook Reader (iPad, iPhone and iPod touch) supports eBooks embedded with video/moments​, animation, graphics, pictures, text, etc...

We can guide you through or use iBooks Author (Apple’s leading Program used by all publishing houses to create enriched eBooks) to create a digital memory to be shared with friends and family on Apple’s touch devices.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
​We will deliver a master file to our clients for them to print and produce  as many copies as they wish.  Our clients receive a lifetime license to all content created.  Our clients receive full license to share, edit, print, repost all images.

Web Development & Hosting
We can create, launch and host a website to chronicle everything up to the special event, facilitate an online registry, offer site directions, stories, best wishes, etc... We may maintain the website thereafter for a defined period so we can arrange distribution of created content and images for guests to download over months.

Video/Image Hosting
We post the couples images and videos/moments on a private secure page.  This can be renewed annually.

Upload Link for Guests
We can provide an upload link for guests to upload pictures and videos from their phone to the couples private website.  You will get everything we shoot and everything your guests choose to share.

Honeymoon Fund
Once approved we post our clients images and video clips/moments on a private & secure site for their guests, friends and family to preview, buy a digital license or order prints.  In the first 3 month of going live we offer to share 1/2 of the profits from this with the couple for their honeymoon fund.
